Just wanted to remind you:

  • Don’t get overwhelmed with the day to day. If you have to take it one hour, one min, one second at a time, then so be it.
  • Find the silver lining
  • Vision boards are a great way to SEE what you want to accomplish
  • Goals should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and Time-bound
  • Treat yourself
  • Be confident
  • Daily positive affirmations are necessary
  • Small victories
  • Picture the finish line
  • Love yourself
  • Stay focus on your personal journey, not anyone else
