With all thats going on in the world, its understandable to find yourself feeling a bit overwhelmed. Just take a minute. Literally 1 minute to relax. Try this 60-second breathing exercise. Close your eyes. Inhale and hold each word on the left for 5 seconds. Exhale and release each word on the right for 5 seconds. (ex: inhale faith, exhale fear) In hale all the good.
