#IRunWithAhmaud

“Millions of tears have fallen for black sons, brothers, lovers, and friends whose assailants took or maimed their lives and then simply went on their way.”
― Aberjhani, Illuminated Corners: Collected Essays and Articles Volume I.

I’m not a fan of running.

I’m not a fan of running outside.

I’m really not a fan of running outside in any temperature under 55 degrees.

But I REALLY HATE INJUSTICE!

So I dedicate my workout to Ahmaud Arbery. (.18 more miles to go in this social distance dedication run……..soooooooo many more for the black lives that matter. I hope we get there…. WE WILL GET THERE…eventually… “keep putting one foot in front of the other.”
