How did you practice self care this weekend? Me? I basically did nothing! Outside of working out and dancing the night away with my friends, I really just chilled. And it was great!!! Sometimes you just have to step back, let loose from routine and just be! Relax! Have fun! Spend time with your people! Trust me, you (and everyone around you) will be better off for it.
