Motivation Monday: Disconnect to Re-connect

So I took a little break from Social media. I had to. One minute I’d get on to post something real quick, then 3 hours later I’m still scrolling. Wasting time. Worried bout what everyone else is doing…. the apple feature that tells me my screen time and what apps I’m spending the most time on really shed some light on this for me. So I decided to just re-dedicate my time to my physical, spiritual, and emotional growth. This fresh start was exactly what I needed to recharge my batteries and now I just have to keep the pace. I challenge you guys to think about what you’re spending your time on and try disconnecting every now and then to re-connect with yourself.
