It’s been a while…. Just been trying to stay safe and healthy. Wearing my mask. Washing my hands. Drinking my water and minding my business. Learning and growing in every area of my life daily. Reflecting on who I am, what I want to do, how I’m going to do it, and why.

Sherrell. A Licensed Social Worker, Community Health Worker, and Certified Lactation Counselor. Helping women, mostly pregnant or parenting, navigate community resources, make informed decisions, be self-sufficient, and live a higher quality of life. A volleyball coach. Helping girls train to be better athletes and excel on and off the court. An aspiring therapist and life coach, dedicated to encouraging and supporting peoples’ journey to be “whole-listically” healthy (mentally, emotionally, intellectually, financially, spiritually, and physically). I just want to help people to unapologetically see, believe, and live the best life that they deserve.
