Everyday I am learning what self love looks like.
From my perspective it looks like:
❣️Treating yourself to things you actually want and not cheating yourself out of your goals or opportunities
❣️Checking with your thoughts feelings and emotions
❣️Asking for help when you need it
❣️Setting your boundaries of what you can and can not or will and will not accept not only from others
❣️Recognizing your strengths and working on areas of improvement
❣️Resting when you need to and Going hard when you have the energy to
❣️Staying true to who you are and living authentically and unapologetically
How does that translate into in everyday life?

🎯 Increased self discipline and respect
