Today is World Mental Health day. Please check in with at least two people. The them how things are going for you and genuinely ask them how they are doing. You never know what that one conversation may spark ideas or energy, may release stress, may help some one see a different perspective, may help some one self reflect, may even help save someone. It’s ok to pray about and it’s ok to talk to someone about what’s going on. Let’s end the stigma around mental health issues and create an atmosphere where it’s ok to not be ok.
